The issue I have with this is that most of these shows either suck or have large sections that suck. The only one here I could recommend the entire run of with a straight face is Gintama, and it takes a certain kind of person to appreciate Gintama.
I’ve watched parts of most of these shows/universes.
Gotta say pacing issues abound in pretty much all of them in some form or fashion.
One Piece as a manga is probably the best on this list, but still has some pacing issues.
Gintama, as you mentioned, is also really great. But sort of requires some meta-knowledge of pre-2010 anime to really be elevated.

You also have to be comfortable with an average of around 1-2 mosiac’d dicks and other things on-screen per episode.
Does Nasuverse count? Took us forever to get a confirmed date for Strange Fake and Mahoyo’s still nowhere to be seen.
