I do believe you have to be in a position where you can be claimed as a dependent on your parents’ taxes. So long as that’s true, you can be on their health plan until 26, at which time you have to get your own.

Medical insurance. As a young person, you can be covered by and use your parents’ insurance until you hit 26.
