The biggest plothole in Dandadan is how Takakura was getting hard targeted for bullying when Kinta was really out here like this.
Takakura’s actually not that uncharismatic, he’s just a nerd with a somewhat strange fascination which makes him an easy target. Kinta’s charisma score is so far in the negatives he becomes imperceptible to everyone around him unless he actively announces his presence.
Choosing to believe this is the reason we weren’t able to see him before the flashback sequence revealed him to us.
The new dude being juxtaposed into all the flashbacks as if he was actually there the entire time threw me for a loop and made me question my sanity.
Then I remember I am watching Dan Da Dan and that’s just what this show does to ya.
Wow that new dude is annoying lol. I’m sure his character will develop later on, but that first introduction did him no favors.
Also, can someone confirm - the flashbacks end in the unintentional kiss right?
Yea, I do believe the flashbacks stopped after the unintentional teeth knocker.
This is an anime what, even if you follow weekly, you’re like: what is going on here?
Didn’t we see this scene kiss in the past? Does it happen again? When did we see this before? I can’t recall.
Then it’s like. Oh, right, yeah, we were searching for Okarun’s testicles this season.
They really did a throwback to the best scene of S1!
The second ball is going to be quite a challenge though… I think they need to call backup!
