    I’ve seen this trope before, but this is the first time I’ve seen the girl just decide to beat the living shit out of everyone. It’s a nice change of pace.

      The “engagement broken in a party” setup is ridiculously common in female-led fantasy or isekai. It’s the genre’s truck-kun.

    i know nothing about this and haven’t opened the link yet, but I expect anime columbo and will be very upset if I’m wrong

    edit: okay it wasnt columbo but I hope she still pulls the ‘one more thing’ after every episode and beats the hell out of someone anyway

      From the manga adaptation I don’t recall her using the “one more thing” line after the first chapter/episode… but she does beat the hell out of a LOT of people.
