Wouldn’t that apply anywhere? Even in North Korea you’re physically able to say whatever you want. What happens after is the problem.
They may have also meant using the 25th amendment to remove the president like their legal system allows for if Congress and the Senate weren’t completely bought by the fascist billionaire class that owns the presidency as well.
That’s not going to happen.
